چکیده
The article presents a comparative description of the effect metabolically active substances and their compositions on individual physiological biochemical parameters soft wheat in drought conditions. study involved use 7 options for seed treatment: control (untreated seeds + distilled water); vitamin E solution (10-8M) - E; ubiquinone-10 Q; methionine (0.001%) M; paraoxybenzoic acid (PОBA) P; MgSO4 Mg; substances: EQ; POBA EMР; EMРMg. experimental water deficiency was simulated by 12% PEG 6000.
 It found that germination under action osmotically substance 6000 did not lead to decrease energy compared control. Determination showed treatment with Mg EQ, EMР, EMРMg reduced inhibitory 6000, stimulating increased germination. highest water-deficient conditions composition.
 Studies processes rhizogenesis seedlings have shown seeds’ most effectively stimulated formation roots deficiency. Ubiquinone-10 linear root growth effectively, exceeding 16,9%, neutralizing 6000. High efficiency observed after using EMР EMPMg, solutions MgSO4. composition EQ best development shoot Seeds treated ubiquinone-10, had rates weight gain roots. more (exceeded 41.8%).
